Covid 19 Policy
Beginning April 8th until the lockdown is lifted by the provincial government, we will be making the following changes to the shopping experience…
Customers can order books, puzzles and games on our website, by phone at 613-881-0346 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be available to answer the phone between 10-2pm Tuesday to Saturday. If you are unable to connect with us, please leave a voicemail or send an email and we will get back to you. During lockdown, orders can be paid for by credit card, email transfer or gift card.
Pick Up Hours: 10-2pm from Tuesday to Saturday (inclusive).
We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up. If your order contains Special Order items, we will contact you once everything has arrived. At this point we will process payment for the order. Orders can be picked up in person at our shop at 368 Main St in Bath. Please knock or call 613-881-0346 once you have arrived. We offer contactless pick up so we will place your order on the table by the door, step back and allow you to retrieve your items.
For customers who prefer to shop from the comfort of their home, we are happy to offer free local delivery to customers within 30km of Bath. This includes most addresses in Bath, Amherstview, Napanee, Odessa and Kingston (and anything in between). At this time, we do not deliver to Amherst Island. Orders are delivered once all items have arrived, unless otherwise specified by you. On the day of delivery, we will process your payment. When delivering, we will knock on your door, place the package on the doorstep and step back in order to maintain social distancing. If you are not home, we will leave the package by the door and contact you to let you know it was delivered.
We ship to addresses across the country using Canada Post. When all items of your order have arrived, we will determine shipping costs and contact you with your new total before processing your payment. Shipping costs vary by weight/size of the package and the recipient’s address.
We are unable to process refunds during lockdown, but we are happy to offer in-store credit on returns. If a refund is preferred, we ask that you to kindly wait until post-lockdown. We will accept items for return that are in good condition and ask that you provide the associated receipt. Please return the item during Curbside Pickup hours (see above).
